Mega Investment, which is promoting the mega project, announced on the 6th that it has signed an investment contract with YCONS to develop an O2O meta-campus platform and enter the global service.

Mega Project is an innovation project launched to establish a global ecosystem in the era of WEB3.0 that combines blockchain technology with services in daily life. Based on the university life integration service developed by Waikonz, a university life integration platform company, it will expand universities, surrounding commercial districts, and businesses globally. It is to establish a differentiated O2O meta-campus platform by connecting this to an online meta-bus virtual space.


Starting with the student restaurant reservation payment service “Yammi” service centered on universities across the country, Waikon is providing a university life platform that connects companies and alumni with various services. In a pandemic situation, the electronic attendance department and the access safety certificate QR service, Chekumi, were introduced for the first time. The Waikon’s college life platform was introduced by 19 major universities across the country, including Yonsei University, Korea University, KAIST, and Ewha Womans University.

Through this contract, Mega Project plans to promote various university life services such as trust-based hospital companion services Umi and Showme for college students in addition to the Yami service.
